One of my teachers would say "there is only one relationship: the relationship between you and source (god, universe, god of your understanding)" and all of our relationships are reflections of that. This was something I sat with for a few years inquiring within "is this true?" I'll share my insights and realizations and how you can apply them within your yoga practice in today's class.
