Today is an all levels Vinyasa practice to ease into a strong practice. Sometimes you want to build strength and feel strong in your practice, but you want to start slow. This is perfect for that. We'll use "pose progressions" to move from simple to more complex postures. Before you know it you'll be doing a strong practice and finish practice having built strength, flexibility and balance in your whole body.
