In today's episode I share about one of the most effective tools of Yoga Philosophy - Samskaras - limiting beliefs and mental conditioning that happens from negative experiences, trauma and accumulated stress of just being a human being - which is hard work sometimes! This is a concept that I have come back to many times over the years and have found that many modern approaches to therapy and coaching are derivations of working with Samskaras - a concept that has stood the test of time over 2000 years. This practice is great for developing awareness around these patterns in yourself, and how they may play out in relationships, as we approach Valentines Day here in the U.S.
