I knew there had to be a way to apply what I was learning in yoga and meditation to my new year intentions and daily routines. To be mindful, focused, centered and direct all the energy I had. So I started trying things. From SMART goals to vision boards and everything else, I tried it. Over the past 9 years I have been refining my process and can say that each year since has been increasingly focused, creative, productive and connected to others.
